我来说一个在国内很常见的，大家不认为是犯罪，但是在美国会被严肃对待的行为吧。夫妻俩吵架，其中一方把未成年的孩子藏起来，威胁对方说“离婚的话你再也别想见到孩子了”

在美国，很多州的刑法里是把这种行为作为【绑架儿童】的【重罪】来对待的：

(1) An adoptive or natural parent of a child shall not take that child, or retain that child for more than 24 hours, with the intent to detain or conceal the child from any other parent or legal guardian of the child who has custody or parenting time rights under a lawful court order at the time of the taking or retention, or from the person or persons who have adopted the child, or from any other person having lawful charge of the child at the time of the taking or retention.

(2) A parent who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year and 1 day, or a fine of not more than $2,000.00, or both.

“儿童的养父母/生父母意图使另一个家长或其他法定监护人无法接触到该儿童，因而转移或扣留该儿童超过24小时的行为是【重罪】，可以处以不超过1年零一天的刑期或不超过2000美金的罚款，或两项并罚。”

在美国的华人，有时候也来这一套，把孩子送回国内的父母那里，威胁对方“离婚的话你就再也别想见到孩子了”

18 U.S.C. § 1204– International parental kidnapping

(a) Whoever removes a child from the United States, or attempts to do so, or retains a child (who has been in the United States) outside the United States with intent to obstruct the lawful exercise of parental rights shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 3 years, or both.

任何人意图妨碍父母履行合法监护权，将儿童带离美国，或试图将儿童带离美国，或将曾经在美国境内的儿童扣留在境外的行为将面临罚金或不超过三年的刑期，或两项并罚。
